Kick-off meeting

The kick-off meeting was held on 3th-4th of September, 2014 in Central Mining Institute. During the meeting the following issues were discussed and determined:

  • rules of project implementation and cooperation among Partners,
  • structure of project WPs and tasks and Introduction to the planned work flow,
  • development and application of the pilot installation,
  • assessment and management concepts concerning implementation of particular tasks.

During the meeting the study visit on Armada Development S.A. pilot site in Bytom took place.
